I did this portrait of Steve's "Rowdy" for him for Christmas 2004.  It was done from a rather expensive Border Collie statue and I wouldn't try it again but wanted to share it.  In real life, this dog was Slash V Slidin Five ATDd OTDsc with a call name of "Rowdy."  To read more about the real dog, go to Rowdy's Page on my kennel website.

The ears were completely removed and then resculpted to match the real dog.
